About the Artist

Sandra Witty

Sandra currently resides in Canton, Georgia. With ever changing views of the mountains and her love of outdoors, it is no wonder that she gravitates to landscapes when painting, whether in her studio or Plein air. 

Sandra  has taken many classes at various universities and workshops, working with artists  in oil or watercolor. She has taught watercolor classes for 18 years and paints in oil, acrylic and watercolor.  Sandra is a past president and signature member of Georgia Watercolor Society and exhibiting associate member of the American Impressionist Society, Oil Painters of America, National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society and local guilds. Her artwork has been displayed and won awards throughout the U.S., Canada, Turkey and Belgium and is included in numerous public and private collections.

Galleries included Leslie Levy, Magnolia Gallery, Lakeside Gallery, The Artisans Village Art Gallery.
